针灸治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效观察

摘要：目的：观察针灸治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法：选取神经性耳鸣患者68例，随机分为针灸治疗组和对照组，每组各34例，针灸治疗组选用针刺结合电针治疗，对照组予维生素B12治疗，4周后对比两组患者各项指标分数，针灸治疗组总有效率为91.2%，对照组总有效率为55.9%，两组间的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针灸治疗能有效缓解神经性耳鸣患者的耳鸣强度，改善患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。关键词：针灸;电针;神经性耳鸣
